If you don't feel a meaningful shift in your sleep, energy, or daily wellness within 30 days of receiving your Withani order, send back any unused bottles for a full refund of the purchase price (minus original shipping costs). No awkward forms. No interrogation.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email withani.store@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and brief reason.
2. We'll send you a return shipping address within 2 business days.
3. Mail back any unused bottles (opened or sealed, doesn't matter).
4. Refund issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receipt.

What's Not Eligible

• Requests made after 30 days from delivery
• Bottles lost in transit on your return (we recommend tracked shipping)
• Original shipping charges (non-refundable)

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll replace or refund at no cost to you.
