Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Shipping Times & Costs

• Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $5.95
• FREE Standard Shipping on all orders $50 and above
• Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.95

Shipping times are estimates from our U.S. fulfillment partner and exclude weekends and holidays.

Discreet Packaging

All Withani orders ship in plain neutral packaging with no external branding. Your billing statement reads as a generic wellness charge. Your privacy is part of the product.

Lost or Stuck Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, email withani.store@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Address Errors

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we'll reship at the customer's cost.
